From the moment I walked through the door I could tell that customer service is a priority. From the cleanliness of the customer waiting area to the service desk I am throughly impressed. On the coldest day of the year a weak battery stranded my wife. After searching most of the day for the correct battery at other auto parts stores/service centers (with no luck) I happened upon Burnett and low and behold you had the battery I needed. From the moment I walked through the door I could tell that customer service is a priority. From the cleanliness of the customer waiting area to the professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, I am thoroughly impressed with Burnett. I will definitely bring my vehicles to Burnett for all future repairs and service.

First time I used their services and I was impressed. Had minor issue with one of my front passenger tires, the friendly gentleman fixed the problem at no charge! I would definitely utilize this business again! Thank you

I have been a regular customer for many years. I live nearby, and the service is great. They always schedule me in a way that is convenient to my situation. They have assisted me, and my adult children, by problem solving situations and making good recommendations. I am very pleased to have them in my corner!

Love taking my car to Burnett at this location at College and Quivera and have for a long time! Always honest & trustworthy and have never tried to sell me something that did not to be done. They are also very accommodating, when needing a ride to and from, when I have to leave my car there for the day. They get a 5 star from me and are my "go to" auto service dealer.
