Big Bob here with a "bobservation". The W. 112th OP shop treats you fairly and honestly. They do not attempt to oversell - trying to sell you something you don't need. They seem to be in for the long-haul, developing long-term customers. Today was maybe my sixth visit, and 112th OP Burnett shop will continue to be my go-to shop.

All though I'm not a Public Figure of Importance the service I received from this shop give the service of a VIP which means a lot to customers. Small things means they give attention to big this and it's not just one customer it's a continuous response from each employee I've interact with. Now that's service which means a lot in this line of Work. They have a repeated customer. And word of Mouth is the best advertisement...

From the moment I walked through the door I could tell that customer service is a priority. From the cleanliness of the customer waiting area to the service desk I am throughly impressed. On the coldest day of the year a weak battery stranded my wife. After searching most of the day for the correct battery at other auto parts stores/service centers (with no luck) I happened upon Burnett and low and behold you had the battery I needed. From the moment I walked through the door I could tell that customer service is a priority. From the cleanliness of the customer waiting area to the professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, I am thoroughly impressed with Burnett. I will definitely bring my vehicles to Burnett for all future repairs and service.

First time I used their services and I was impressed. Had minor issue with one of my front passenger tires, the friendly gentleman fixed the problem at no charge! I would definitely utilize this business again! Thank you

I have been a regular customer for many years. I live nearby, and the service is great. They always schedule me in a way that is convenient to my situation. They have assisted me, and my adult children, by problem solving situations and making good recommendations. I am very pleased to have them in my corner!
