Totally misdiagnosed my car. Took it to a different shop, fixed it that day and saved myself over $1000.

On several occasions I have not had the best experience. The customer service is not great, and the service is overpriced, poorly and incorrectly done. I had my front brakes serviced just over a year ago and I am now having to replace them because they were incorrectly done. Save your money and go elsewhere trustworthy!!!

I was a loyal customer up until my last visit. Had 2 bolts rusted in my license plate that i need removed, and asked if they could;d help get it out. They said they could, but needed to let a chemical compound sit on it for 30 mins so they could get the rusty bolts out. When I received my bill, it was 100+ Dollars....just to remove two rusty bolts? I was going to go to them for a lifetime of visits, but I will take my business somewhere else from now on. Absolutely deplorable in how much I was charged.

Was charged $70 for a basic oil change. Even said my car "required" a particular kind of oil when it did not just to jump the price up. Not coming back again.
