I had new tires installed, balanced and an oil change. I asked for standard 5w20 oil was charged for 5w20 synthetic. I wondered why the cost was so high. The mechanics had to remove old wheel weights and in doing so they left the white sticky part still on trims and I found cuts in my rims where the weights were removed. I think I am done using this place as my go to oil change and tire business.

Thanfully, only need a tire repair from a nail puncture! Prompt inspection and assessment of the issue. Prompt repair at a fair price!

While I have been satisfied on prior visits, this last one regarding the oil pressure warnings on my car were inadequate. A death sentence was pronounced on my car although the oil pressure attained the minimum spec. at idle and a full pressure diagnostic was not done at higher R.P.M. Puzzling. I will have to go to another shop for a complete picture. Disappointing.

Had Goodyear Tires that had 30,000 miles on them and had a issue with a leak. Upon their review the tread was seperating on one of the tires. They recomended I buy two so I did and they put the other two on front. The did not even check them as I was driving home and the same thing happend on the hghway from Manhattan to Lawrence and I was losing air on a tire they put back on my car and said tread looked good. I made it back and upon review the same thing was going on with that tire. That should have been checked and they should have given me options on replacing all 4 with existing rebates or warranty on defective Goodyear Tires. I would not trust them. I contacted them and they apologized but never offered any rebate or warranty or discount for their ineptness.
