I have never had problems removing my hubcaps before but Burnett had a difficult time and broke them to remove them. They also ended up having to replace a tire because the result of trying to fix it did not work.
Cross threaded two nuts and the studs broke. So I had to wait and extra day. Her is the kicker: I was told you should replace your lug nuts from time to time because they were and stretch and can break the studs off. Props for being very inventive.
Always friendly, takes a while to get an appointment but they are just busy. Two things have put me off going here though. First: told them I needed my car at a certain time and had to wait an extra 2 hours for it. Wasn't a big deal at the time. Second:I just went back for regular maintenance and was told I needed a $400 repair. I had two other certified mechanics just check for issues in the area, not telling them what I had been told, and both said everything was fine. Super shady, not going back. Don't need the stress of thinking something is wrong with my car when there might not be.
I recently had oil change done and apparently it looks like they drained the oil. They did not fully put the oil properly and ultimately that lead to not oil remaining in the engine and Coast some misfiring and I had to go back and request for Repair and paid for the damage they have caused and I consider that as a fraud. Weather intentionally done or accidentally. And I am planning to sue the company, in my opinion, they should have apologize. This is incorrect and fix in Manorway and I had to go back and explain several time and not only that I had to miss work because I had my car sitting in shop for a couple days.
Business reply to this review:
We performed a oil change on 10/12/24 at 138,727 miles. Mr. Farah returned approximately 4,000 miles later indicating he was low on oil and had put either 2 or 4 qts of oil in the vehicle. The vehicle holds 6 qts. The acceptable amount of oil consumption from general motors is 1qt every 2,000 miles. We have attempted to explain this and work with Mr. Farah multiple times.
