I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and have always been satisfied with the service. This time I noticed a change in staff and it shows, my oil change and the switch of my summer to winter tires (all were mounted already) took almost 3 hours. This should have been maybe an hour and half job at the most. I will come back one more time, but if service isn't better I will be looking for another service center closer to home.

Seemed okay, but beware. Oil change/rotate was higher $$ than the dealer. Also, the final paperwork claimed they filled tires to 32 psi, but the tires were still the same (I know because 1 was low, and was still low afterwards). They also didn't resync up the TPMS after rotate, so my tires now don't match the display (display says RF is low, but it is actually Left Rear).

Pushy sales person. Didn't need alignment tried to sell me one anyway. Tells me I need to change my oil every 5,000 miles and I use synthetic. Got angry when I told him his oil change interval is outdated. Would have rated a 5 if it wasn't for this guy.

They always do good work but they struggle to communicate needed repairs and maintenance on my car. It always feels like they're just trying to make money off of my ignorance rather than actually help me make the best decisions for my car. They don't seem to realize that I would come to them for a lot more maintenance and repairs if I could better trust their analysis.

I have never had problems removing my hubcaps before but Burnett had a difficult time and broke them to remove them. They also ended up having to replace a tire because the result of trying to fix it did not work.
