My first time in a long time. What I liked seeing was all of the ladies walking in and putting their trust in Burnett. The staff seemed to know them by name and it was clear that they have been there before.

Wow! Great service! I couldn't start my car for two days, so had it taken into Burnett's Automotive. They kept it for two additional days, checking everything, but for some reason the car started for them every time. They were thorough, but didn't even charge me anything for their service and time! Definitely recommend! (It has been about a month and my car is running great)
I simply cannot say enough good things about Craig Lamphear and the guys at his shop. Professional-yes, Customer Service-outstanding, respectful of my time and welfare-absolutely! We have visited this shop on several occasions with our family automobiles for services ranging from oil change to battery replacement to new tires and have never been disappointed. I live about 60 miles south of the shop but will continue to make the trip and highly recommend a visit to anyone in need of automotive service.
