Steering wheel was of center a little. Tech did a great job getting in perfectly straight! Got wheels balanced and rotated too. Outstanding customer service!! Everyone is so friendly! Thank you!!

I love this location! I have a 2001 Subaru that has quite a few issues, and I am never pressured into fixing all of the issues, but they focus on the issues that have to do with safety. They are very honest with me regarding what should be fixed and what I need to keep an eye on. Gunther stays in communication with me regarding the repairs, and they get me worked in quickly if an issue arises. They do quality work, I really appreciate everything they do to keep my Subaru on the road.

Jordan is the best! He never fails to get things done for the client, came in with a flat tire that needed fixed. Now it is closing time and I have arrived at the shop, unfortunately the tire decided to go flat again. This manager jumps into the car and fixes it himself, when I say he is a True Hero I mean it. His actions to get my car completed in the same day is greatly appreciated. I send a BIG HOORAY for Jordan!!! He is the best manager I have ever met in the automobile industry, his knowledge is above par. Thank you Jordan.

I have been going to the Burnett Automotive location on the west side of Manhattan for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with their professionalism. Recently Austin correctly diagnosed a strange sound from my truck, but they had to track down a vacuum leak. They worked an hour past closing time to get the repair done for me to have the truck the next morning. I don't know anything about the other locations, but I can say the folks on Anderson are outstanding.

So the guys who replaced the Windshield in the XKR and also replaced the Blades...well...almost, Didn't get it right, so I booked it across from my Doc on 112th and Quivira. He tells me the blade is just swinging. They fix it and put the OEM's back on. Refused to take my money! Hellooo! Joe woulda charged me $100.00. Just sayin...great guy...great shop.
