Went in to ask about new tires and an alignment, they said they could get it all done that day. They did and I didn't have to wait any longer than advertised. Pricing was all discussed up front. Overall a pretty painless experience. A couple weeks later I had to get a tire replaced (bad luck, not their fault!) and they again had me back on the road the same day.
Burnetts has taken care of our cars for a long time and will continue to do so as long as we can drive.
Burnett has been our neighborhood auto service store for over 25 years. We have 5 cars in our family and use Burnett for repairs. We have tried other repair shops over that time but they just don't work out to our liking. Burnett has had consistent quality service which we like.
