I went to Burnett because of an intermittent electrical problem that was draining my battery. They repaired it with, it turned out, to be the incorrect item. Everyone makes mistakes. Upon explaining the problem to the Manager of the Lenexa location, they got me back in right away and corrected the problem at no charge. Great customer service with service after the sale.
