Burnett Automotive is my go-to tire shop. The guys, Jim especially, are all just fantastic! The shop is clean, the guys are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are comparable to other shops, but the attention to detail and customer service sets them apart as outstanding. I will return every single time I need tires and I will direct everyone I know their way.
The staff was great & very knowledgeable. Having to get new tires is never a "happy" event, but they helped to make it less traumatic. :-)

Burnett Automotive is great so caring and helpful!! Here's my story. I was leaving work and come out to my front passenger tire as flat as can be. After finally getting my spare tire on I was Leary of driving all the way home from overland park to liberty. I remembered there was Burnett auto down the street. As I pulled up they had just turned the lights off to leave. Even though they were ready to leave they took care of me made sure the spare tire was ok and set me up to get new tires. The next morning I dropped my car off they even gave me a ride to work. They are the best and do an awesome job!! And I trust them! Thanks again!
