Can’t say enough about John and the staff. Came I in with a tire that caught something and eventually could not be repaired. John explained my options and tried everything to save me money. It was the close of the business day and all we’re willing to stay late to see my new tires installed properly, and I was happy. The waiting room was exceptionally clean for an automotive repair place. Would highly recommend!

I had lots of noise from my rear brakes and went to all the garages near Metcalf and Quiveria streets, including other Burnette Autos. Every single one of them were told my brakes were 30,000 miles old and gave me quotes of 300-600 dollars (600 was Christian Bros.). With the same information Gordon (Jordon ) and Nicole at Burnette Auto at told me my brakes only needed a cleaning most likely. $80. Absolutely flabbergasted at the total honesty and value.So avoid those others including other Burnettes, Go to Burnette at Quiveria and 135th... Gordan(Jordon) and Nicole for strait up Honest mechanics.

My family has been using Burnett for years. Now that I’m grown and have my own vehicle, they are also my go-to for anything automobile related. Burnett employees are always courteous, honest, and efficient. Service is timely, and it’s very easy to schedule. I always know that my vehicle is in good hands, and always have assurance that things are done right.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. My mother was visiting from out of town and late on a Saturday afternoon her car began experiencing issues. We pulled into Burnett Automotive and John came to our rescue. He was very professional and worked us in the schedule first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately the news was as bad as it gets, that the motor was bad and it could not be driven but he suggested we tow it to a KIA dealership for review and we heard today that it qualifies for a recall and the engine is being replaced at no cost to my family. I never would have known to do pursue this if it was not for the professional, kind staff at Burnett Automotive. I highly recommend!

Cesar and John saved me. I got a piece of metal in my tire. It was removed and fixed quickly. I live in Lawrence and was trying to get home. They both made me feel safe. Great customer service.
