When I needed a new battery my first instinct took me to Walmart. Apparently it was that time of the season where everyone needed new batteries and they had a 3 hr wait. I called up Barnett about 45 min before they closed and they assured me that if I could make it out there, then they could have it done before they closed. Sure enough everything went smoothly. I was greeted by friendly employees who went beyond the call of just getting their job done. They knew I was new to the area and recommended radio stations for my unique preferences. It seems that Burnett Automotive hasn?t forgotten what true customer service really is.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car was returned better than I left it.
