They tell us what needs to done to our vehicles and we can always depend on what they say needs doing. They never say something should be done if it doesn?t .
The staff at Burnett are always courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to get a message with a request for me to call for an update and a video of a concern they found during a routine oil change. It was helpful to understand what they were talking about when I called. They went out of their way to stay late to finish up the fix-it job that took longer than they expected. All around great service from trusted mechanics!
