The staff was friendly and helpful. They communicated fully on what might be done and contacted me before they did do anything extra which is greatly appreciated. My vehicle was finished in the time frame given.

I was having a crazy day when the car got a flat. No spare (long story), so I took the flat off the car and into Burnett's. By the time we finished the paperwork, not only did they have the the tire mounted, but had gone ahead and placed it in the back of my truck. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!
