What a great job these guys do. Had an air conditioning problem. Cade gave me a very competitive estimate. Tyler was the guy in charge of the repair. Not only a terrific mechanic, but a great guy to work with. Called and explained the repair and gave me options on how to proceed. In the end I could not have been more pleased. Try these guys! I guarantee you'll go back!

Five Star Service 10000 times over. I pulled my daughters vehicle into Burnett’s auto just a little after 5pm on a Saturday. A few minutes after the location had closed. My daughter lives 45 minutes away and she had a tire pressure warning light on when she arrived at our home today. I discovered that she had picked up a nail. The gentleman at Burnett took the time to fix her tire after hours on a Saturday. You would not believe how happy they made. 20 year old college student. She would have been terrified to drive the 45 minutes knowing she had a nail in her tire. Today Burnett Automotive earned a loyal customer. The service was well above and beyond. Thank you Burnett Automotive for restoring faith in customer service.

Had a weird noise in the wheels that turned out to be bad bearings right before a trip out of state. Austin and his team were able to get it in and taken care of in less than half a day, last minute. This team is great! We appreciate you!

Jordan is the reason we bring all 4 cars in for all service. He’s efficient, knowledgeable and always reliable. I can’t say enough about him.
