The team at Burnett Automotive on 135th and Quivira in Overland Park, KS is fantastic! Whether it's routine maintenance or major repairs, their service has been excellent ever since my first visit over nine years ago. Here are just a few key things I appreciate about this shop: 1. They explain clearly what the issues are, potential options, and their honest opinion on how necessary certain repairs are, but there is no pressure to do everything they suggest. If I decide to pass on something for whatever reason, they simply say okay and get to work. 2. While they are working on my car for one issue, if they notice other unrelated issues at the same time, they are great about informing me and giving me the option to have that fixed at the same time. That has saved me an extra trip to the shop numerous times. 3. They always take care of the little things. A couple of times when I have had some major repairs, they noticed a couple of small things, took care of them without asking but didn't charge me. They know how to take care of their customers so they will keep coming back.

I have had bad experiences at Wal-Mart and so went to Burnett in a pinch. They not only helped but took care of it quickly and were super polite. I've now been back to them 2 more times and they are the first ones I think of when I have any car issues. Everyone is polite and I never worry if they are trying to swindle or overcharge me.

Burnett automotive always does a good job on repairs and gets them done in time. I used to get nervous taking car in to get fixed because I don?t know much about cars and don?t want to get taken advantage of l. But I don?t have to worry with Burnett because they always take extra time explaining what is wrong with car and answering all of my questions, so I understand what is going on. They look out for customers best interests which is why I take all my cars to Burnett and recommend them to everyone I know.

While getting an oil change at Burnett, the technician and Zack noticed an unusual leak for the age of my car. Zack video'd my cars inspection information along with the leak. He advised that because my vehicle was newer and still under warranty that I take it to the dealership for additional repair. I won't mention the dealership, but originally the dealership said they found nothing wrong. Fortunately, I had the video Zack had provided. I forwarded the video to the dealership and what do you know...they found my leak! Thanks to Burnett and Zack, I am getting my repair through the dealership covered by my warranty! I trust Burnett with my business and will be back! Thanks guys!

Everyone was wonderful! My truck needed extra work and they gotnit done same day since I was going out of town the next day! I am a customer for life!!
