There is a reason I choose to get my car worked on here, even if the costs are a tad higher than I can find elsewhere. Good people and sustained superior performance over time are those reasons. My car runs fine, and their car monitoring flags maintenance that needs doing. My last trip, a simple solution fixed a perceived AC problem, and the tech made sure I was OK with that fix.

Burnett Automotive on 135th and Quivira is consistently professional and helpful. They have been there every time my family has needed help...tires, preparing our vehicles for road trips and even locked keys in car. Thanks to the many talented and dedicated employees who obviously are committed to customer satisfaction. It is very appreciated!

This place is amazing!!!! After I had an awful experience at Calvert's Express, I brought my car here and they fixed what those idiots at that other place did to my car. At Burnett, everybody is very friendly and welcoming, and knows what they are doing. While my car was being worked on, I received a text that included a video of them explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. One of those things included fixing my oil filter that those idiots at Calverts failed to put in right which I'm pretty sure they did on purpose to cause an awful noise that I thought was something completely different. (DON'T GO TO CALVERTS!!") Next time i meed anything, i know who to go to! ?????
