We have a 1998 Buick with broken heater and AC. Buick could not fix it. Too old and parts not available. These guys searched for the parts found them And had them shipped in and fixed the system. They all went above and beyond with their service and hospitality from the Manager right on down.

Thank you guys for getting us back on the road as fast as possible!! We were on vacation and literally had no time to spare.. you guys weren?t trying to dig into our vacation money and found a great solution to the problem. Thank you again! If I lived in Kansas City, my cars would only be serviced at Burnett.

Expectations exceeded. I called a few big box stores looking for a set of tires and was repeatedly let down. Driving home from work one afternoon I passed Burnett?s so I decided to give them a call. I was a mechanic at a competing shop while I went to college at Kansas State so I was familiar with their Manhattan locations. I assumed they would be expensive and hard to deal with but I couldn?t have been more incorrect. Not only did they get me in within 24 hrs, they were less expensive than anywhere else I shopped. I was waiting for the ?upsell? or the ?we found this while we were putting your tires on, you need to replace xyz? but it never came. I forget the guys name who helped me but not only was he knowledgeable he was also extremely personable and professional. The service was outstanding and I?ll be taking all my vehicles back for any maintenance I can?t do on my own. Thanks Burnett, not only have you earned a customer, I?ll be referring everyone I know your way!
