Burnett Automotive really made a great first impression when we had issues with our tires. They went above and beyond to work with us on getting us quality tires with credit from the old ones. New tires were put on and we were in and out the door in less than an hour! The staff is very nice and professional! Will recommend to friends and family!

Leslie Shaw is one of the best customer service people I've ever worked with. To be able to work with a knowledgeable woman in the car industry (I'm a woman myself) made me confident and trusting of her. She went above and beyond...might have to steal her from you!

I had to bring both of my vehicles in for some work in the same month, one for a headlight bulb that had gone out and the other to be outfit with new tires. In both instances the service was great, completely in a timely manner, and at what I felt was an affordable cost. One of the associates even spent the better part of 30 minutes discussing with me various options of tires for my car; but better yet they asked me questions early on that fulfilled information I knew I already wanted to make them aware of when it came to the type of tire I was in need of. There's no doubt that I'll be visiting again for either regular check-ups or those emergency situations.
