Willie, Sevie,Jerry, and all the mechanics have always been upfront and honest. They have performed excellent work on my 3 vehicles at comparable prices. They are honest and video tape all findings of their inspections. They make recommendations but let the customer decide what they want to do. I've used a lot of different shops in my life due to several moves. This was by far my best experience. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were friendly and cheerful, they got me checked in right away and immediately took my vehicle to the shop. They had a shuttle waiting for me to get to work. They updated me throughout the day and offered not only an accurate diagnosis but also more than one option to remedy the situation. They gave honest and practical opinions on what my best options were. I had to bring the vehicle back due to no fault of their's. They again got me in immediately and fixed the issue. I've not been to any other shops in town but I don't need to try any others. This was a very good experience in an industry that is notorious for bad experiences. Thanks Again!

We have been bringing all 4 of our cars to the Burnett Auto at College and Quivira for at least 15 years or more. The reason we drive out of our way to this location is because we have had consistently top quality service here. Zack, Robert, Charles and their staff are always courteous, honest, and fair with us, providing professional, quality workmanship on our cars. We appreciate all that they do for our family, and we frequently recommend their shop to our friends.

Very good at listening to the customer after diagnosing car problems. The staff at Burnett Automotive called me with the proposed fixes and an estimate. They listened to what I wanted to do and didn't want to do at that time. The actual cost came in at or even a little below their estimate. I am very pleased with their service.
