Five Star Service 10000 times over. I pulled my daughters vehicle into Burnett’s auto just a little after 5pm on a Saturday. A few minutes after the location had closed. My daughter lives 45 minutes away and she had a tire pressure warning light on when she arrived at our home today. I discovered that she had picked up a nail. The gentleman at Burnett took the time to fix her tire after hours on a Saturday. You would not believe how happy they made. 20 year old college student. She would have been terrified to drive the 45 minutes knowing she had a nail in her tire. Today Burnett Automotive earned a loyal customer. The service was well above and beyond. Thank you Burnett Automotive for restoring faith in customer service.
I came in at 5:00 on Feb 13 with a hole in my tire expecting to drop my car off. John said he could fix my tire then. I was out by 6:00 and he saved me a trip to get a rental car to continue my trip to Arkansas for a business meeting on Tuesday Morning. Thanks John.
Cesar and John saved me. I got a piece of metal in my tire. It was removed and fixed quickly. I live in Lawrence and was trying to get home. They both made me feel safe. Great customer service.

Jordan is the best! He never fails to get things done for the client, came in with a flat tire that needed fixed. Now it is closing time and I have arrived at the shop, unfortunately the tire decided to go flat again. This manager jumps into the car and fixes it himself, when I say he is a True Hero I mean it. His actions to get my car completed in the same day is greatly appreciated. I send a BIG HOORAY for Jordan!!! He is the best manager I have ever met in the automobile industry, his knowledge is above par. Thank you Jordan.
Dropped off a tire for nail repair. They came out and carried tire into their shop, got my info, then called next morning saying tire was finished and I could p/u. They brought tire out and put in trunk. All staff was very professional, courteous and kind. Would highly recommend doing biz again in the future👍🏽
